At priyatrading.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if:
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product
👉 Return request must be raised within 7 days with proof.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Used, worn, or washed products
- Products without original tags
- Items purchased during sale/discount
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
🔄 Exchange Policy
- We offer size or product exchange only (subject to stock availability)
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
- Order cancelled before dispatch
Refund Method:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
- COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit

Reverse Pickup / Self Shipping:
- Reverse pickup will be arranged if service is available in your area
- If not available, you must self-ship the product
Shipping Charges:
- Free for wrong/damaged product
- Customer bears shipping cost for other reasons (like size issue)
❌ Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD charges (if any) are non-refundable
- For COD orders:
  - We may offer exchange only (no refund)
  - Repeated fake orders may lead to COD restriction
📦 Return Rejection Conditions
We reserve the right to reject returns if:
- Product shows signs of use
- Tags are missing
- Return request is made after 7 days
